At BloomChic-EU, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
